Sales Director
Location: Based in Beijing
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management of Sales Management Function in the company to ensure hitting targets
  • Implementation and review of tactical and strategic sales initiatives
  • Regular communication with the Group Sales Director
  • Review of sales policies/procedures of the company
  • Analysis of KPI¡¯s
  • Regular analysis of revenue performance of the sales department
  • Participate in cross-functional management meetings on strategic issues
  • Prepare ad hoc reports
  • Competitive Analysis
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenues
  • Chair weekly sales meetings
  • Conflict resolution
  • Staff reviews/ appraisals

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years sales management experience, ideally in an online industry
  • Business-2-business sales experience involving telephone-sales to new prospects
  • Experience of the recruitment industry and/or advertising sales would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the Chinese market is essential.
  • Strong history of success in a target driven environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in Mandarin. English language skills are beneficial but not essential
  • Proven sales management track record.
