Duties & Responsibilities:

To achieve or exceed agreed targets of profitability, revenue generation and customer satisfaction through proper management and assessment of branch employees in a manner consistent with corporate strategy and local country business plan.

• Qualification/Experienced Required:
• Tertiary education
• 8 years of working experience and at least 3 years in managerial position in industry.
• Working experience in express or transportation industry is preferred
• OPEN (Ownership, Passion, Experienced, No Excuse)
• VIP (Visionary, Interpersonal, Professional)

Qualifications:

• People Management and Development: To ensure a consistent high standard of performance from branch staff, which demonstrates good team work, effective communication, consistent positive results and continuous improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction: To ensure that the branch is focused on putting the customer first and that employees aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction whilst assuring the achievement of profitability goals.
• Operational Quality: To manage branch operational performance and ensure that service quality meets required standards.
• Revenue Generation: To generate branch revenue to meet planned goals and acceptable return.
• Profitability and Cost Management: To ensure that Branch profitability meets plan and is effectively managed.
• Protection of Capital Employed: To maximize cash flow from trading activities and credit from trade and other current payables, whilst minimizing capital employed in financing fixed and current assets.
