Sales Director
As a Fortune 500 company, Our client is an industry leader in every distribution channel, including stores, direct mail, contract delivery, and the Internet and business-to-business electronic commerce.
Title: Sales Director
Location: Based in Beijing
Report to; GM of BJ branch
Subordination: 120
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Management of Sales Management Function in the company to ensure hitting targets
- Implementation and review of tactical and strategic sales initiatives
- Regular communication with the Beijing Branch GM.
- Review of sales policies/procedures of the company
- Analysis of KPI¡¯s
- Coordinated company sells the system the operation and the service direction, to sells the plan the execution to carry on the surveillance and the control; ?
- the coordinated enterprise internal and external relates, maintains the good communication and the relations with the key customer
- Sales team¡¯s construction and raise.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 year sale supervisory work experience and same level position at least 4 years or above.
- Has the intense result guidance consciousness, can lead the team to achieve the sales goal which the company formulates.
- Experience of the FMCG, E-Biz or B2B office product sales would be a distinct advantage.
- Good professional dedication and the leader strength ,the moral behaviour is honest.
- Strong history of success in a target driven environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in Mandarin. English language skills are beneficial but not essential
- Proven sales management track record.
